I use the Trigger, Craving Response, and Reward approach to help you regain control of your lifestyle and find a balance:
- Trigger: What are the cues that trigger your unhealthy behaviors and cause the imbalance?
- Craving: What do you crave to achieve in your life? What are the results you look forward to living?
- Response: Are your cravings serious enough for you to act on them? What good are cravings if you don’t give a response?
- Rewards: How will you reward yourself when you achieve your goals?
